Fracture in leg.  Attaching  ultrasound and xray report. Suggested a surgery. is it really needed.  thanking in advance.

Hi, I am suffering from coccydynia pain since 4 months, After visiting so many dr and done mris xray, I got to know there is anterior angulation of tailbone. Drs suggested for steroids and PRP. but i have tried sitz bath, regular light massage of ayurvedic oils and anti inflammation medicines. I am using coccyx cushion everywhere, ai would say pain got reduced while sittinga nd standing so i thought to start the basic exercises , after 3 days exercise of lumbat stretch, knee to chest touch, bridge pose my pain again triggered. What should i do. I want to cure it naturally how much time it will take but dont want any steroids or injections. Pain intensity reduced alot. Please suggest

My father 60 yrs old with complains of difficulty in walking, b/l knee swelling and pain, with bowing of right knee( varus deformity) Please suggest treatment. I am adding image of knees.

(F,47) I fractured my left femur 10 months ago. doctors have done plate fixation with bone grafting because nail was not going inside my bone due to osteoporosis(as doctor said). Now after 10 months doctor said that it is non union. So I consult two more doctors. One doctor said they have to do remove the plate and re operate with nail or plate fixation and bone grafting and One doctor said that there is less chance of bone joining even after refixation. So they suggested Total Hip Replacement. I am very confused what should I do. Please see my xray and suggest me what is best. One xray is latest. One is when I fall. Thankyou

I got a fracture in my second metatarsal bone of right leg I'm sharing x ray images after 15 days of fracture Is it healing and going good or do I require surgery to fix it How many days more it requires to fix or join

Hi Doctor, I am currently 5 months postpartum and had a C-section delivery. For the past 15 days, I have been experiencing lower back pain. To get some relief, I started doing a few core-strengthening exercises such as bridge pose and cat-cow stretches. However, for the past 5 days, I have been having significant pain in my left leg, starting from the buttock and radiating down the back of the leg up to the ankle. The pain becomes worse while sitting and climbing stairs, while at other times it is manageable. Could you please suggest what this might be and what I should do next?

Hi doctor ,i am in the 5th month of postpartum and I had csec surgery and from past 15 days I had back pain and to get relief form I started doing the core strengthing exercise (bridge pose,cow cat...) but from past 5days my left leg started paining a lot from buttock till the ankle on the back side of leg and also the pain will be more while sitting and climbing and rest other it's manageable. Please share ur suggestion for this !
