Bone & Muscle problems
Calf pain from a week
Hello Dr.,
I have calf pain and pain increases with walk. I consulted Dr and he prescribed muscle relaxant. Also I did my d vitamin report done and got the deficiency with 10.5 ng/ml and dr prescribed weekly one shot for that.
Now it's 4th day after taking muscle relaxant but no improvement in pain. I cannot walk after 5 mins. Dr said it is due to lower back but I do not have back pain. Could you please advise how much time it will take to get the pain resolved.

Sciatica pain related questions
Hi, I was diagnosed with chronic sciatica 2 years back and I used medicine and undergone physiotherapy sessions as well. It was better. But from last one month it is very severe again. Currently I am unable to sit, stand or sleep with sciatica pain. I am having very severe pain in my right leg from hip to fingers. I am unable to sleep with that in any position no matter how I try to sit or sleep. I am unable to keepy foot down and walk properly. To reduce the sensation of pain I am trying a long banf kind of thing from top to bottom of my leg very tight so that it relieve pain and I am able to sleep. So could you please suggest some belt to relieve this pain. A belt that supports lower back and hip where the pain is starting from should work

Knee Pain - Grade II Meniscus Tear
35-year-old woman from Bangalore. Weight is 84 Kgs. Having knee pain for maybe close to 2 Years – Not constant, kind of intermittent. Got MRI done for both knees. Key findings of Report: Right Knee-“Grade II horizontal tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus". Left Knee - "Grade II horizontal tear of posterior horn of medial and lateral menisci". I have just started physiotherapy focused on Quadriceps & VMO strengthening exercises. Wanted opinion on: 1. How long does it typically take for this condition to improve and for the pain to fully subside? 2. Is it fully curable? 3. Will I be able to wear high heels again?
