Knee pain during bending and squatting points towards possible meniscal or ligament injury in knee or may be related to patella or the knee cap. Get an mri done and visit another doctor.

Persistent knee pain in a 25-year-old should not be ignored, especially if it is associated with swelling and worsens with squatting or bending. There are several possible causes, including a meniscus injury, cartilage damage, patellofemoral pain syndrome, ligament injury, inflammatory arthritis, or crystal-induced arthritis (such as gout) if the pain flares with fever or certain foods. A proper diagnosis requires a detailed clinical examination and appropriate investigations rather than repeated pain medication alone. Since your symptoms have persisted despite multiple consultations, I recommend seeking a second opinion from an Orthopaedic surgeon.
Next Steps
Please consult an Orthopaedic surgeon for a fresh evaluation. You may require weight-bearing knee X-rays, an MRI scan, and blood tests (such as ESR, CRP, uric acid, rheumatoid factor, etc.) depending on your examination findings. If you prefer, you can book an online consultation with me and share your previous prescriptions, investigation reports, and MRI/X-rays (if available) so I can help identify the likely cause and guide further treatment.
Health Tips
Avoid deep squatting, running, and high-impact activities until the cause is identified. If you develop fever with a hot, red, swollen knee or are unable to bear weight, seek immediate medical attention as these symptoms require urgent evaluation.
