I met with an accident one and half months ago and injured my right knee. MRI of right knee showed early mucoid degeneration of ACL and minimal joint effusion. Doctor advised for conservative treatment i.e. physiotherapy and rehab. I have been doing conservative treatment for this condition since one month and seeing improvement in my condition. I can walk without pain however while climbing stairs I feel slight pain not much. Shall I continue with physiotherapy and exercise? How much time it will take to get back to normal and start physical activity like sports?

Hi , today morning after taking bath I fell down in the washroom on right side of my back . After that i having very strong pain in right side of my back , hopefully it's not fracture or something serious injury as I can walk . But when I try to stand up from bed or bend down its like electric current in the injured area. Kindly suggest me should I go for xray or take pain killer . And please suggest me some pain killer.

I am 37 years old and my weight is 72kg. I have flat feet and I am suffering from foot pain and ankle pain. For the last month my one sided ankle area of the left leg got swell if I walked more and also I felt pain in that area. It hurts even when getting up after sitting. What I do please suggest.

I experience leg cramps and a thigh muscle pull two weeks ago after running. I now experience pain when getting up from the floor. Currently thigh muscle pull outside.

I have consulted doctor 9 days back but still there is no improvement in pain he prescribed pain killers for 5 days after that pain is as usual
