I have little pain in my elbow that i feel in some movement And the origion of pain is very much like golfers elbow What should i do?

I have very little pain after slipping while playing badminton. I am able to do all my routine as usual like work out, playing badminton, praying and other stuff. I used to take SAFEDICLO capsule before for this kind of light pain. But it is not available now. Is there any other alternative that I can take for pain relief. I tried Dolo 650 but didn't work. Thanks.
