Bone & Muscle problems

Hi all.Iam writing this in view of problem am facing since quite sometime which is dizziness.i have a neck issue which iam treating with physiotherapy but also have this dizziness or vertigo which keeps coming and going.this dizziness was not there initially and also while doing physiotherapy.but of late since a week or so it has returned and probably increased.iam taking vertin 24 for it.

I have started developing low back pain from three months postpartum and now am 18 months postpartum still there. I have gained weight. Also I have l1-l2 mild disc degeneration. Can the pain be fully reversed and how?? Is the pain because of disc degeneration or birth or is it because of the epidural I had during labour?? Pls help. I can't forward bend at all it's very painful, mainly on my left side and pain slightly radiates to upper part of thigh, but it's very lil pain and it's just feel like weakness. Right side back is lil to no pain and not radiates to leg. I don't have any other back issues or health issues. Please help. I want to lift my baby happily and do daily tasks with no pain.

I recently underwent a distal femur plate fixation surgery with dual plates. It's been 40 days but still I am able to bend my knee up to 60 degrees with little pain. Initially I had a physio session and did exercise as per the session but still I can't bend the knee more than 70 degrees. Is it normal?

I am suffering from knee problem. My kneecap  is dislocated for 3 or 4times in  an one year .now I am suffering from  legament pain .I can not stretch or bend my left leg properly.

I'm sharing my mri report. I had lower back pain issue since long. Can you tell me anything serious in this mri

Can a right side hip bone dislocation cause bowel obstruction? I suddenly developed constipation (unable to pass even soft stool or even enema water properly) after having a minor pelvic bone dislocation. 4 yrs into gut health treatment, alternative therapies, restricted diet, naturopathy, yoga, meditation, but still can't pass stool properly. Doctors are not saying it could be mechanical. I did my spine and hip bone x ray and could only see minor right hip bone dislocation along with minor outwards curve in the lower spine. Is there a possibility this could narrow down the anus/ rectum region??

I am suffering from severe right knee and leg pain while sitting by folding the leg and walking due to falling down. The MRI scan report is attached; please advise what the cause of the pain is.

My uncle had spine surgery for cervical depression last December. However, he is still not fully recovered. I want an opinion on the recent MRI report.

She is having a lot of pain at her 🦵 legs.. the moment she goes for bed leg pain starts, whole night she wont be able to sleep.. she is on thyroid medication, taking vitamin tablets Neurobion fort, iron tablets.. since 2months, please suggest she is not able to sleep for an hour properly any day..

I am 27 years old,i suffer with severe back pain for past 6 month,i took mri in that results i have a disc bulge,can this affect mensural cycle,am unmarried can I able to became a mom😭...can I able to cure this permanently
