Your MRI shows an intact ACL graft with well-positioned tunnels, which is reassuring. However, it also demonstrates a recurrent bucket-handle tear of the medial meniscus with a displaced fragment in the intercondylar notch. Since you have a locked knee following a twisting injury, this is unlikely to improve with conservative treatment alone. The decision between revision meniscal repair and partial meniscectomy depends on arthroscopic assessment of the tear pattern, tissue quality, vascularity, and reducibility. In a 29-year-old patient, every attempt should be made to preserve the meniscus. If the tissue is repairable, revision meniscal repair is preferred. If the tear is irreparable, selective partial meniscectomy may be necessary.
Next Steps
Consult an arthroscopy surgeon at the earliest for clinical evaluation. Since your knee is locked with a displaced bucket-handle fragment, early arthroscopy is advisable to maximize the chances of successful meniscal preservation.
Health Tips
Until reviewed, avoid sports, squatting, twisting movements, and excessive weight-bearing. Delaying treatment in a locked knee may increase cartilage damage and reduce the likelihood of a successful meniscal repair.

You can try for non weight bearing for 6 weeks mostly it should heal if you are in willing for surgery but there is intraarticular fragments locked in the knee I suggest you get diagnostic Scopy atleast …..
Since you are just 30 and this is the second tear in two years an Arthroscopic surgeon's opinion matters. Also blood supply to the torn portion , tissue quality and age and activity also determine the line of treatment.
