Leg cramps are most commonly from calcium, magnesium or Vitamin D deficiency â get these checked along with potassium. Stay well hydrated and stretch calves before bed. The visible vein in the leg for a year along with cramps needs a venous Doppler to rule out varicose veins. Visible hand veins are usually normal.

They are normal nothing to worry as such …
As for cramps they might be due to exertion suddenly take rest .. as 33 year old female start your calcium and vitamin d supplement
As of now nothing much to worry about
Visible veins on hand is normal ,
For ur muscle cramps in leg, check ur calcium and vit D3 levels, if there is any deficiency consultant an orthopaedician, if the visible veins are engorged get venous Doppler .
Health Tips
Exercise regularly, avoid long periods of standing, maintain healthy weight, and wear compression stockings
Muscle cramps are may be due to dehydration and electrolytes imbalance
get well hydration and do streching exercises and needs electrolytes supplements
Is there any engorged veins?
