Based on the information you have provided, muscular dystrophy appears unlikely. Children with muscular dystrophy usually develop progressive muscle weakness, frequent falls, difficulty getting up from the floor (Gowers’ sign), toe walking, inability to run or jump well, and delayed motor milestones. Your child is able to run, jump, play, and remain active throughout the day, which is reassuring. A mildly delayed fontanelle closure or a normal SGPT level in the newborn period does not by itself indicate muscular dystrophy. The photograph also does not show any obvious abnormality.
Next Steps
Continue regular follow-up with your pediatrician and monitor your child’s motor milestones. If there are persistent concerns about muscle weakness, frequent falls, progressive difficulty climbing stairs, or delayed motor development, your pediatrician may advise a serum CPK (CK) test and, if necessary, refer you to a Pediatric Neurologist. If you would like a detailed discussion, you can also book an online consultation with me.
Health Tips
Try to avoid relying on internet searches alone, as they often increase anxiety and may not apply to your child’s situation. Instead, focus on your child’s actual developmental progress, which is a much better indicator. Seek medical evaluation if you notice progressive weakness, loss of previously achieved milestones, or increasing difficulty with walking, running, or climbing stairs.

This picture is completely normal… don’t follow anything on Google or try to relate it this will cause more anxiety..
Specifically please don’t Google medical related things it is very misleading
Please ask a doctor if you have any doubts
As of your SGPT it might be part of normal evaluation to rule out jaundice as it very common for newborns to get physiological jaundice
Lastly it’s not any muscular dystrophy don’t worry about it
Next Steps
Keep the child active
Enough sunlight and proper nutrition
