Iam in the 7th week post distal radius and ulna orif ! The complaint is my hand is still very aggressively swollen. I have stiffness, dull ache too. Are these things normal in such timeline? What can i do to reduce inflammation on my dorsum and wrist part of the hand? Iam already doing physio

Hiiii...my husband is 39 years old...his weight is 94 kg...“My husband started having back pain because of a jerk. The doctor did an X-ray and after seeing it, he said there is a strain. He advised him to take rest and medicines. My husband also has a lot of pain in his leg while walking. We informed the doctor about this as well. The doctor prescribed medicines for 7 days and advised using a heating pad. Today is the 3rd day. There is some improvement, but he still gets a lot of pain in his leg while walking, and he also has back pain. Why is this happening? I have also uploaded the X-ray picture below.”

I got a distal radius and ulna orif ! Currently in my 7th week post surgery. My complaint is that my hand is still aggressively swelled. Iam doing regular physio, cold and hot compresses, fingers and scar mobility every thing but swelling seems to be stubborn. Iam also still having dull ache whole day and hand feels like hard rock on rotation. The xray current shows callus formation and looks good but when will this swelling, stiffness and pain go? By when do u start feeling normal ?

I am facing severe pain in my tailbone area while sitting on chair for longer hours during my office. I've been working from 6 years but never faced this type of pain. Suddenly from last 3 to 4 months Im suffering from this pain. Kindly suggest what should I do.

On off pain near buttock not olwys bt sometimes pls advise or guide wht to do. He is healthy nd maintained normal weight

In Jan my vitamin d was 5.5 ng/ml. I have taken 4 injections of Architol 6 lacs IU and 5 tablets of 60000 IU. Yesterday as per recent report my vitamin d is 85 ng/ ml. Kidney and calcium are normal. Is vitamin d too high. My last dose was in Mar 26 and thereafter no vitamin d supplement was consumed. Please suggest

Since yesterday, my right foot has been swollen. It started with pain in one of my toes. Gradually, the pain spread to the back of my foot, and the entire foot started hurting. By this morning, my whole right foot had become swollen and red. The pain has become very severe, and it is difficult to walk or put weight on it. I also noticed this morning that there was a swollen area on the lower part of my right leg. I am not sure if it is related, but it appeared around the same time as the swelling in my foot.

My father had knee pain for the past 2 weeks , he was able to walk , but the pain and the burning sensation is still there We did MRI and xray Is there any medication and not surgery as his age is 74 now

Pain in the lower left area till slighly downwards. Comes and goes.  But increases on walking more and bending
