Bone & Muscle problems

I had ORIF ankle surgery in September. All good in ankle . I have whole leg pain , lower back pain recently started. Took prolia in Oct 2025, vit D injection in September before surgery and Oct after surgery. Was taking calcium. Should I take vit D supplements again? How often should calcium be taken?

Lots of meds, physiotherapy, 2 steroid injections later, pain is still, and feels like post 2nd injection of side pain has increased. Dont know what to do.

When knee pain is not acute neither severe, So in these kind of people Prednisilone tablet helpful for knee osteoarthritis ? .. ... ... ... ... .. ... .. .. .. ... .. . .. .

I'm a Soldier in the Indian army. I have had pain in both my heels for the last three years. I have done all scans but none result shown. But in the last 15 days I have also had pain in the Achilles tendon. Currently I am in training I have to run and jump exercises everyday so there is severe pain in my  left heel and Achilles tendon during exercise and standing position.

Sometimes there is a clicking sound in both my leg knee and they do not seem strong. I feel more discomfort while running.please suggest treatment

Today in morning i got slipped through one side was wearing a sandel ...but it got turned into swelling n pain ,  i have suffering in ankle ,little walk possible h ,but puri trh se energy ni lga pari hun ...pls suggest ye sprain hai ki kya hai theek kaise hoga ...

I twisted my ankle in the May 2025, there is still some swelling and I feel pain during movement and rotation

I have little pain in left knee I have done X-ray Docter said it's ok but pain still exits during driving mostly not in waking ..pls check X-ray and guide is it any serious issue or arthritis or any thing else ..which test should I do

When I bend down i get pain in left shoulder blade and little below in that area And it stabs the pain
