Knee Pain Grade I Meniscus Tear Recovery
I am a 35 year old woman from Bangalore (5 Feet 6 Inch Height, 74 Kg Weight). I was having knee pain for maybe close to 18 months. The pain was not constant, kind of intermittent. I actually wear heels 4-5 days a week, heels with 3-4 inch heel. I got MRI done of both knees post doctor's advise. Key findings: Right Knee-“Grade I horizontal tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus. Left Knee-Grade I horizontal tear of posterior horn of medial and lateral menisci. Reviewing the MRI reports, my doctor advised me to start physiotherapy focused on Quadriceps & VMO strengthening exercises. I have begun the exercises, and it has been about 2 weeks so far. The pain is there, sometimes more. Wanted opinion on: 1. How long does it typically take for this condition to improve and for the pain to go away? 2. Is it fully curable? 3. Will I be able to wear high heels (3–4 inches) occasionally in future, perhaps 3–4 days a week for about 2–3 hours a day? Please guide the best. Thank you

Jones fracture in right foot
This is my foot x ray after 2 weeks of having a Jones fracture in my right foot. I was in a POP cast for 2 weeks, after which it has been removed and my doctor says it isn't any serious. Also has asked me to wear sneakers and start walking. Whereas I have heard that a non displaced Jones fracture requires almost 4 weeks to form soft callus and by 6 weeks hard mass. Can you look at the x ray and tell me how does my fracture look at this point? Am I ready for weight bearing or walking of any kind? Or does my foot need to be in a cast?

Right knee MRI report- treatment advise
Question:
Hello Doctor,
I had a knee injury recently and got an MRI done. My report shows:
Mild sprain of ACL
Mild sprain of MCL (near femoral attachment)
Grade 1 chondromalacia patella
Minimal knee joint effusion
Mild soft tissue swelling
I am currently experiencing pain while walking and some swelling.
I would like to know:
Do I need complete rest or can I walk normally?
How long will recovery take?
Is physiotherapy required? If yes, when should I start?
Can this heal without surgery?
What medicines or precautions should I follow?
Is knee support or brace recommended?
When can I return to normal activities?
Thank you.
