I'm 28F who is on no medication. I recently developed lower back pain. I have been having episodes of such pain. By episodes i meant first instance on October(for 2 days) last year then December (4 days)and now in May( more than week) . Each time the duration of suffering increased. Can you tell me what's the issue? Is my spine alright? Why am i having this problem & what to do??

Taking nervmax active for 20 days at night after food,  i feel more sleepy and headache after waking up. If I sleep more than normal, then it's less. Is it normal ? What to do ?

I have neck hump and round shoulders, got my X-Ray done it shows some mild straightening/loss of the normal cervical lordosis and i feel discomfort on my neck and traps but there is no major pain. I tried a lot of exercises but it didn't help getting back my posture so what kind of doctor should i go to. An orthopaedic, physiotherapist or a chiropractor ??

Hi my mother has discomfort and pain in left knee. Attached X Ray results and blood tests. Only values out of range were in CBC, iron serum 29, TIBC 228, vit D 47.8, calcium 9.2. initial ortho visit doctor suggested medicines folitrax 2.5, folvite 5 and medrol 4 along with pain spray to manage. Started physiotherapy last week. She says mother's left knee has low blood circulation. There is some swelling but it isnt painful. Do i need to consult ortho/vascular doctor for this or it can be managed by exercise and diet change?

Hello Dr, From last 6 days I am facing calf pain and my Ortho Dr said it is due to disc related nerve related. He prescribed me Proxym MR, Defcort6 two times a day and GB29 total 1 at evening time. Defcort6 is steroid and GB29 causes dizziness. So I am little bit worried if this is safe combination. From tomorrow I am going to start physiotherapy as well and taking D3 shots as my D3 levels are very low. Could you please advise if above tablets and their combination is safe to take as 1 is steroid and 1 causes dizziness. Thanks

One year ago, I was in an accident. Shortly after, I experienced chest and breast pain. I had an X-ray and a breast ultrasound at the time, which were both normal. I was took tablets for at least 2m. But However, the chest and breast tenderness persisted.Recently the pain worsened, and I began a new course of medication. While on this medication, I developed new back pain after 1m, then after 3 to 4m sudden arm pain and hand pain . A neurologist advised an MRI of the cervical and dorsal spine, which revealed a mild C5–C6 disc bulge. The medication has helped reduce the back pain, arm pain, and tingling sensations, but I am still experiencing chest and breast pain on both sides, which is often triggered by movement or while sleeping straight. Is this chest pain caused by the tenderness, or is it related to the C5–C6 disc bulge?"
