Bone & Muscle problems

Dear sir/Madam One week back I fell on my leg it has operated 1.5 years back(ACL) Reconstruction. But that is not fully cured till now. And now I fell from the bike 1 week back and taken the MRI scan here is the result what should I do now. And what are the things I  need to ask the doctor.

I got bone pain all over body.weight lose around 8 kgs.muscus vomiting.ANA positive.what to do?.does bone specialist treat this or general physicians.what test to be taken

So yesterday i was playing badminton and my foot landed uncomfortably. My left foot rolled outwards and I felt pain ,after that I was able to walk on my heel of left foot . The pain is on left portion of my foot . Today the it is much more swelled but when I press only a particular area is hurting and that has a very little bulge outwards that can be distinguished from rest of the swelling area. only that area is hurting when i press, rest swelled area is not hurting when I m pressing. I am not able to put weight on my left foot. Only able to walk on my heel.

Hi Doctors, My wrist was injured few weeks back and pain was there. And also i was not able to twist it properly. I had done MRI now and the report suggests as attached. Kindly suggest what can be done in this case Regards Ankit

Recently had MRI and following are impression on it, disc desiccation with diffuse posterior annular bulge and left subartulicular disc protrusion L5-S1 level causes anterior thecal sac indentation and left recess left neural foraminal narrowing with abutment of left traversing / exiting nerve root , Can someone explain what it is said ??? Is it anything serious ??? And provide treatment option for this , currently facing back pain

My foot slipped while climbing up the stairs 3 months ago. Big toe slightly deformed like a bunion. Most of the swelling and pain got reduced in the first month. But there is still some pain and stiffness while loading weight or bending the big toe. X-ray ruled out fracture. MRI says Patchy marrow Edema and joint diffusion in the first MTP. Doctor says it should resolve in 6 months. MRI attached below. Any help or advise would be helpful. Thank you.

For my NDA Exam i wanna be free from FLAT FOOT therefore, my Legs are fully Grown now ! Can i take Flat foot Surgery ? How much would it cost in India ? Recovery time ? Can i be independent after Surgery ? After a week or 2 ? ( I mean can i walk after Surgery ? Can i look After my Nature calls by myself ) Kindly give Answers for these without Consultation

Hey doctors ! My mother had an accident in November in which she had a knee fracture. After removal of plasture she got continuous swelling on her knee and foot area. After sometime knee swelling was fine but till now she has foot swelling. We had a word with doctor and had medicine as well but it is fine only if she is taking medicine . Doctor told her to rest but still it is not recovering properly. That swelling pains as well. As far as her medical history is concerned then she is diabetic + having liver cirrhosis as well for which her medication is also going on. Please suggest.
