Is mobile danger for hands and shoulders in future of excessively use it What position should we sit and use mobile or laptop

Hi doctors, I've been experiencing pain while standing and walking. I know my posture is at fault too, because I stand with all weight on one leg, usually my left one, which is where the pain is happening. It's mostly around my ankle on the outside, and the bottom of my feet. Please let me know what it is and what I can do to fix this, there's no swelling, just pain. The pain is bearable but also very noticeable

In mri report of my knee there is aneumrysal cyst or gct, and there is lesion ,what wil be treatment for this medicines wil treat this ? And also there is 11 cm cyst in my ovary is this interlinked both are on right sides ...

I have severe pain in my heels and have hypothyroidism. Is it because of  standing for long hours or some deficiency?

Done with bankart lesion shoulder surgery 3 months ago But still not able to lift hand completely even though me and my physio are trying a lot . He is also tired Why is to so happening So will i not be able to recover totally ..? 😞

I got an ankle twist while i was playing, I'm getting pain and swelling, but I'm the X ray no fracture identified. My doctor suggested to use chymoral forte for 5 days, but i have improper functioning of the kidneys, i found that my creatinine levels are near 3. Can I use chymoral forte tablet for ankle swelling and pain

I have a cyst of 11 cm in ovary and in my right knee there is aneumrysal cyst or gct both operation needed and can both operation be done at once or how much time after both ?
