Bone & Muscle problems

I have been suffering from lowerback and knee pain for 6-7 months..It's followed by inability to climb stairs and waking up from a sitting position..This issue started after sitting long in a car basing on my tail bone area and got worsen after suffering from a unexplained fever for several days..I feel weakness in my calf muscle and knee that get worsen after taking long rest..Please diagnose

Hii doctor. My husband met wit accident a month back he got injured near anal region.so doctors asked to do mri to see the injury & did anal alceration surgery successfully.. but accidentally in mri dey detected avn on both femurs its showing stage 2. We did xray also so iam attaching mri report & xray as well..he was not having pain before. But since 3 days during sleep & even after getting up he is getting pain on side of right thigh so plz tell any medications fr pain & kindly suggest any treatment without operation. As he recently went through anal alceration surgery he don't wanna do more surgeries. But he is in continous pain plzz suggest some immediate pain relief medicines & any home remedies. I have a lump on my wrist a bulged like i thought it was my bone but i researched from google that it is called cyst, from 4 years it was normal but from 2 days it gets worse i can't fold my hand it pains like crazy, does it affect anything, does anything happen to my hand i am scared

Please suggest some medicine and treatment regarding this . I am a Runner and Because of the  frequent pain I am not able to run especially in the morning.

Have H/o Plantar Fasciitis past 1-2years which isn't fully treated yet On-off relapse of pain especially when barefoot, less cushioned footwear and have long standing activities Pain and evident swelling lasts for long (even days) and hampers in daily activities With ongoing h/o acl sprain and grade 2 meniscus tear recovery Heavy strain on lower limbs causes prolonged pain and overall body stiffness present Pain is too bad, unable to stand or move Radiating pain towards ankle and little towards calf and knees X-rays are normal Clinical Pictures attached Need help on what to do next

Hi Doctor, i want to know if i am having adequate level of calcium in my bone or not , few weeks i ago i done my medical test, in which calcium parameter is written in kidney function test. Is this same calcium level that is used by bones or it is different ? Attaching report here
