Bone & Muscle problems

I am a 16 year old male. I had a displaced both-bone forearm fracture that was reduced and placed in a plaster cast about a week ago. My follow-up X-ray was checked by the doctor, who said the alignment is fine, with only a little bending. For the last ~2 days after the follow up session, I have had significant tightness and stiffness feeling around my wrist, especially on one side, which feels different from before. When I bend/open my fingers, particularly the little finger, I feel some pain/tightness around the wrist. I also occasionally get brief burning/hot-water-like or nerve-type sensations and a heartbeat/pulsing feeling around my elbow . My fingers are warm, normally coloured and movable, and I do not have constant or severe pain. Could this be swelling, nerve/tendon irritation, or pressure from the cast, and should the cast be checked or adjusted? Also, given my age and isolated arm fracture, is there any need for a blood thinner, or is it unnecessary in my case?

Not able climb steps, sit in sukhasan & walk due to pain. Even left leg nerve paining, pulling during night time

Since my delivery as I used to sit a lot with baby for feeding, it started and even after repeated physio sessions and pain killer usage after consultation doctor didn't cured,but after physiotherapy with ultrasound there was much change but i cannot afford daily 1 k for physiotherapy,any solution or best doctor in vizag to visit for best consultation and please help me get rid of pain and be with my baby,even sitting with him in car isn't also possible

I had a c-section 4 years ago For the past few months I am getting back  pain if I sit for a few mins without support P After the c-section I had back pain sometimes but from a few months it has increased

Done xray and doc told that there is cervical rib developed which is rare. Symptoms include neck pain while looking down and sidewards and while sleeping neck nerve pain. Using soft neck collar fewtimes a day. What is the permanent solution ?

Got meniscus injury in left knee in Jan 2026 and has been in rehab, Grade 1 lateral complex tear with Discoid Meniscus, knocked knees - Has started walking but slow without walker - getting catches or snaps and not locks 2 inches below meniscus in the back upper calf left side and in the front left side 2 inches below meniscus joint line or tear - during the catch usually pains in the front 2 inches below meniscus left side of left affected knee for 1-2 seconds but sometimes the current feels till lower down in the last 2 toes. Overall the intensity of snaps which was 50 to 100 in a month in March has gone down to 10 snaps a month and that too during turns or certain angles of the leg below knee .. Otherwise NO clinical symptoms All the physiotherapist say NO to surgery whereas 80% orthopedics say Yes to surgery just on the basis of the words "Discoid" & "Complex" to which many Doctors specially physios dont agree saying - born with discoid, tear is in lateral part of lateral menisc

I have been dealing with severe plantar fasciitis issue, have tried almost everything, Hot-Cold bath for foot, painkillers, rolling foot over cold bottle, vitamin D, Collagen supplements, even took, nervite(for nerve pain). I have consulted to 2-3 doctors but still the issue remains also with plantar fasciitis pain, now i feel pain on the back of my heel, a bit of burning sensation as well. The pain reduces with rest but comes back after slight activity. Is there any permanent relief solution to this or not? Does prp works in this case?

My heavy cooler fell near my ankle and it's swollen there . It's been more than week and I don't think swelling is reducing much . I guess I used crepe bandage and sumo gel to reduce swelling . I can easily walk and even play Badminton . Maybe when I rotate my ankle it hurts .

Hi doctors My shoulder orthoscopic surgery for bankart leasion had done 7 months ago and iam continuously using tablets as suggested by doctors i.e pain killers and also daily doing sometimes physio exercises.. But improvement is only around 75% . Not able to freely do hand moment's still feel like stuck . And stiffness. But last week stopped painkillers and my shoulder gets heavy pains and iam unable to lift hand also . Why is this happening . My surgeon is don't respond also exactly whats happening and he says how much ever comes that is enough like that . Why doctor behaves like that .. ? Plz tell doctors will I get improved and medicine important?

Hello, From past one month I am experiencing pain in left leg back of the heel region below the heel at back side plus the pain also on the back side of the left side where the joint is located. Pain is also present when the leg is rested in air also I have taken etos mr for the same but pain relief is temporary. Please reply at what is the reason for the pain plus suggest medicine for pain as I am allergic to nsaid pain killers Reply as soon as possible
