Bone & Muscle problems

I'm jagdeesh from Tamilnadu ,age-23.working in customer support.doing exercise daily and walking atleast 1 km per day and eating vegetables and fruits a lot. . I feel heavy pain in muscles and joints of neck, leg and hand and lower back bone and feel tired  after 5 to 10 mins of ejaculation (masturbut Or wet dreams). I have lost 5Kg automatically in a year without a intension to lose weight. I have been experiencing this from my age 18 to till now (23age). Is there any effective treatment to cure this. Is there any chance that I have pois (post orgasmic illness syndrome).How can I confirm that I am affected with this syndrome and what are the common symptoms that patients say to you. I'll be thankful to you, doctor if you answer this question 🙂.

When I do boxing practice .my right leg heel twist . Before this , I had a  heel fracture but I g recovered  it . And that heel again gets twisted.

Tingling burning sensation in hands and feet, but Don't have such pain. Extreme muscle stiffness. While standing or walking muscle get stiff from lower back to legs. i have done NCV Test is normal, blood test are also normal, i have done MRI,  I'm attaching MRI Reports. I just want want to know what is in my MRI, is there are  any nerve root compression. And a solution for tingling burning sensation and muscle stiffness. Pls help.. Thank you...

Need Plasma Cell Treatment Advice – Chennai My dad has a wound on his small toe, and his Varma therapist has advised applying plasma cells to help healing, as there’s poor blood circulation in that area. I have pain in my forearms (both) , from past one month, not continuous pain but sometimes when I lift something , I used to go to gym which i am not going from 4 weeks , took some medicines like tendocare but no relief :)

My forehead was normal before. One day, while walking, I hit my forehead on a wall. My forehead became swollen. My parents applied ice packs, and after a few days the swelling reduced slightly, but it never fully went away. Even after 6 years, the swelling is still present. Later, I again hit my face near the ear, and the same thing happened — swelling occurred and it did not go away completely. After that, I hit the back of my head on a wall, and again the swelling stayed for a long time. Even a small hit causes swelling for me, and it does not go away even after a year. Please Help -
