Bone & Muscle problems

My legs are getting cramps at night while sleeping and also when I wake up. Sometimes I feel heaviness while walking. I am not sure whether it is really there or just my doubt. There is no swelling in my legs. I work in a bank, so I sit for long hours. I have a mild spondylosis issue. I was going to the gym until December, but I stopped due to time constraints. Last month, I had a fever due to a urinary infection. Kindly Guide.

My wife underwent LSCS on 23rd jan. Now she has been diagnosed with Dequrvains disease and has been advised to take Disperzyme and Altraday tablets. I want to ask if these two are safe while breastfeeding or is there any alternative which must be considered?

Due to triceps workout my elbow is paining a lot, i have stopped triceps now and applied ice compressor and also volini and my pain is subsided but it is not completely healed. If i start triceps exercises again it will increase with same intensity. Could you please suggest what should be my course of action to completely heal and start my triceps exercises again.

Can she be fine without operation?? Is there any other way to treat her? Doctor provide her medicines.

Hello doctor My husband age is 34 recently he had done knee ACL and meniscus surgery. Now it's 20th day still he is walking with Walker. How many days or months to get recover completely??? When he will walk without Walker? Is he can drive car?

I am experiencing pain on the right side just above my hip joint. There is no fever, no vomiting, and my urine is normal. The pain is mainly on the side area and feels uncomfortable while sitting/standing and while lifting something. Could you please advise what this might be and which specialist I should consult?
