Shoulder pain and body lumps
Post river rafting My shoukder is continiouslybin pain and I am not able to liftvweights and it hurt so bad in movements. Also I am havibg several lumps in my body and the one whuch is under the chest is quite painful sometimes. I want to do a complete body check up along with these 2 existing pain points.

I understand you want to do a complete body check up but i am sorry to say that cannot be done as a a teleconsultation. Several lumps can be due to muscles spasms which may have been caused due to the sudden increase in strenuous activity.

Hi Persistent Pain and unable to lift weights is concerning, you need to be examined by an orthopaedic surgeon for a possible inflammation in your joint, muscle sprain or a tear.
