  3. Shoulder pain armpit lump. Like cancer.

Shoulder pain armpit lump
I am having mild but constant pain in my shoulder rotator. I feel a bit sharp pain in rotator when I move hand. I was sleeping on that shoulder more. So then I changed my sleeping position to left side. Now my left shoulder rotator also hurting a bit. I also got a pea size lump in my armpit. Is this related to shoulder only or is it something like Cancer.

visit some orthopaedic surgeon. Diagnosis and treatment cannot be decided on google search.

It's may b due to subscapularis muscle tightness which blocking movement
