Pain in my shoulder, neck 2 shoukder pai
Hi, (total 28 days today)I hv pain from neck to shoulder..n my right shoulder have pain while doing up side movements..hv done my xray ..doc told ots c5 c6 nerve conpression n loss of curve..would like to know if this is serious issue..how long it will take to heal.since two days i feel like i loose sensation in my palm of left hand..also my neck is reduced than before but shoulder pain exists.

Better to get MRI cervical spine with shoulder screening, needs posture modification and clinical evaluation

Since you have sensation problems better to go for a MRI to know the status of the cervical disc causing pain.may need NCV also.....

Hello In you case,c-ray is not enough to make an exact diagnosis. Disc or nerve related problem cannot be evaluated from x ray. Kindly get an MRI of cervical spine.And if possible EMG/NCV also.
