Help me with alternative brands please

Hi Doctors, I’ve completed the prescribed course and I’m feeling much better — the pain has reduced significantly, but there’s still around 10% discomfort, especially in the buttock muscle area. Also, I noticed that some of the medicines seem to be generic brands. Could you please suggest standard or branded alternatives for better effectiveness? Thank you for your time and guidance. Best regards, Ayaan
