My bones have been feeling weak for the last few months.
Legs, arms, back, every bone is weak, I can feel it when I walk or lift anything, it feels light and weak, no strength.
I checked vit D, it is 25 ng/ml.
Should I take vit d 60k? How many months?
It is causing me problems in daily life, as my bones feel really weak.
I have
calcium foods like milk, curd, etc.
Also, will homeopathy medicine like calcerea phos 6x or any other help to improve it?
What do I do?
