All joint issue bones are weaker than my
All the joints in the body are in severe pain. Majorly shoulder back lower back hips and leg joints are in pain. Previously I did not have any external injury. I think it's an internal problem that may be related to vitamin calcium or you can say bone oil. Please guide me properly to get ready for normal .

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided.  However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Hello there Possible Causes 1. Dietary or nutritional deficiency – very common and causes deep, aching joint/muscle pain. 2. Inflammatory conditions maybe 3. Hypothyroidism or hormonal imbalance. 4. Post-viral fatigue syndrome – if pain started after an infection since covid. 5. Lifestyle issues – like prolonged sitting, poor sleep, or stress-related body pain.

Might need blood tests: Vitamin D, B12, Calcium Cbc, ESR, CRP, RA factor, TSH, ASO TITRE, S. Uric acid, 2. Start with mild stretching and joint mobility exercises 3. Take sunlight daily (15–20 mins morning sun). 4. Consider Vitamin D + Calcium supplementation preferably after blood test to detect their levels 5. Stay active, but avoid overexertion. Gentle walks help. 6. Eat bone-friendly foods: milk, paneer, sesame seeds, ragi, nuts, eggs.

Do u have any problem in bending? Any morning stiffness? Do blood investigation -cbc ,esr ,crp ,hla b27,ra factor and anti ccp and serum uric acid If u r in bangalore meet me in my clinic or take consultation ,I want to ask some more questions to clarify ur problems .
