Weak bones.
My bones have become really weak, what should I do, will Vit D help me? Last year I had a calcium deficiency episode, where my bones suddenly became really weak. I feel due to some reason my blood calcium out of bones, bones got really weak. I can feel every bone weakness, like arms, and legs, it was strong and normal before, now it feels light, weak and hollow. Back bones, spine, chest bone, neck bones, arms, pelvis, legs, every bone in the body. I eat my calcium rich foods, but it's not helping. I checked vit d levels last year, it was in the 30s, after that I visited the doctor, he gave me calcium supplements. I took them for few months, but it didnt help me. Will taking vit d 60k help me, I have not checked my levels recently . What do I do?
