Hello there. I can understand your concern. First you have to concerntrate on your diet. Have a high protein diet and have lots of high calcium foods. Get adequate sun exposure daily for at least 20mins a day with 20-30 percent body area exposed. Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month. Tab. Supracal pro once a day after food for a month. Tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
