Regarding pain in my right wrist
Hello doctor I am having an ache in my thumb to the right wrist while twisting. I am a mother of a 7 month old infant. For one month I was having pain in the morning in both hands and a little bit of numbness for some time. But since 3 4 days I am getting pain in my right wrist bone. Can you suggest why it is happening and what should I do?

Right thumb pain extending to wrist while doing extension is a sign of tendon inflammation and high tension in tendon sheaths at wirst joint, try ice application for 1 minute per every hour till the pain gets subsided, take some good physiotherapy advise other than medications because you are a feeding mother for 7months old infant.
