Wrist rotation
I am unable to rotate my wrist fully. There is a lot of pain when rotating my wrist left and right. For instance, when doing bicep curls, I am unable to rotate my forearm and wrist to make my arms aligned. Also, I am unable to face my palm upwards.

Difficulty in wrist rotation can happen due to ligament injury at wrist...occasionally due to problems at elbow too... Consult an Orthopaedic Surgeon for proper clinical assessment and you may need a MRI of wrist!
