An X-ray would’ve been appropriate to judge the union of fracture rather than a ct scan because all the implants are seen as Arti facts in a ct scan ..
According to the report your patella fracture probably fixed with screw is united
There is a. Distal femur fracture which is not united yet in that case 8 months is enough time to judge a fracture
May be you may have to under go another surgery with arguments like bone graft for the union
