Ankle twisted
My left leg ankle got twisted on Saturday morning... Swelled immediately and in pain. I am trying to get it normal by ice pack and pain killers mor eve. No bruce as such. Walking, coming to office also but it's paining not smooth in moving d ankle Swelling is still visible all over d ankle area.. Pls suggest. Is it ligament tear or somthing serious ..

If there is improvement with ice and medication probably it’s superficial bruise not any underlying ligament damage. You can wait for a week before getting any investigation done

Any twisting injury will result in some level of ligament sprain. You should give it rest and avoid weight bearing for atleast 5 days. Continue ice and medication. If no improvement get and xray done.
