Im having knee pain,unable to walk properly. I barely lift my leg and I bend my body while walking. Can you please suggest.

Last yr in August I was diagnosed with osteophytes in L1 and L2... Dr advised me to rest and stop doing things that make the pain increase.. gave some medicine for 2weeks ... I got some relief in pain as I left job and was at home taking rest.. but now as house help is not there and I m doing work my back pains when I sit after working in standing position... While standing there is no pain. It is getting difficult to sit or bend my back .. what should I do...

I have sudden pain in both knee... especially in left leg... some times in calf and sometime in feet of leg.. My blood tests result are B12 215 VIT D 30.28 CALCIUM 10.62 All are normal...why this happend with no previous physical injury... and no routine physical exercise Should i go xray of both knee ???

I have pain in both the shoulders and areas around from a year almost...have been told that it is shoulder tendonitis...I have done many physiotherapy sessions...but no relief... please suggest the right treatment...and whom to consult...

My sister was operated for broken elbow around 10 months ago , but still pain is there and sometimes gets swollen. Went to dr. He advised for removing the metal strips from elbow as it is causing infection. He advised some medicines but I seek for a second opinion. Should the medicines be taken? or need to evaluate more. I was normal in morning today. But suddenly when I try to sit in floor I got a severe pain in my lower back especially in left side. I'm unable to resist and sit because of this pain. No accidents or injury happened to me recently. Please advise what should I do?

My lower back has been aching since last 15 days. The sprain/spasm happened on 17th May and for the next two days i couldn't wake up/walk, sit, move a lot . Before that i was suffering from lower back pain and had thought it's probably because of the strenuous activities done in the last few days. I took pain killers for 5 days- Ultracet. Currently I'm still experiencing pain in the same location and it increases a lot if i do any physical work/activity. The location of pain is around 1-2 inches from the spinal cord towards the left.
