On 17 th my surgical operation for treatment of ankle fracture was done with inserted steel plates with screw, my concern is that is safe to steel inserted in leg. Is cause other deseasce in body

I have been experiencing bone and joint pain all over the body since 3 days. It started developing after I did a yoga aasan. I had very mild fever on the first day which went away, now I only have intermittent pain which bothers at night and also causes night sweating. I am diabetic and have hypertension.
