Can a vitamin deficiency cause carpal tunnel in young people? I haven't been eating well for 2-3 months and I work as a software developer and type a lot. I don't have a nice table and chair setup and a few days ago I noticed a slight inflammation in my right thumb at the base where it joins the palm. It hurts when I type or lift something heavy Could this be carpal tunnel?

I have cervical pain since a few days. Have started taking Vitamin D supplement. And also doing yoga now. Can someone please suggest what kind of mattress should I use or should I sleep on hard flat surfaces? Thanks in advance.

Hi Doc, I have lower back pain.Two years ago I had a severe muscle spasm/rapture due to heavy lifting. I observe medium density pain if I sit for more than 15 minutes. I need a suggestion on best ergonomic chair for work from home purpose as I work 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week. Kindly advise. Thanks and regards

From last 4 days Iam having left side back neck pain . And headaches some time in left side . Iam a software developer nd uses laptops alot. 4 months back I had a head massage from barber due to which I got vertigo and ent doctor told its bppv. It was fixed with some exercise. Please tell me what to do and should I go to orthopedics, neuro or physiotherapist.

Due to cervical spondylitis I am having headache and vomiting I am having slight pain in my neck I used to consume Etoricoxib for 1-2 month. Then I feel relaxed for 2 months but again when I work with my laptop the same problem has arised after 2 months .

Hi doctor, When work from is started i m getting back pain while doing office work. I used to sit on bed n whenever i go to bed for sleeping i feel pain. Sometimes i do exercise and walk outside to 1km  so that my body can relax but sometimes i can't sleep due to this pain so could u suggest is this due to bed issue or else i should buy table. Because once i had visited the doctor n they said go for walk n change the mattress may be than u can get some relief.  I take multivitamin medicine on alternate days to keep my body healthy .So just want suggestion from your end what to do .

My father got lower back pain (only on right sude) since last 4 to 5 day .Seems its happen to carry bucket of 20lts for 10 to 15 mts. He is having mild pain. Please advice suitably .
