Hii Dr. From last 2days i feel stiffness in my neck and feel sudden  spinning sensation, often triggered by moving my head up and down and while going to sleep...please suggest what to do... Should I take vertizac 75mg tablets...

How to activate pituitary gland to release HGH and increase height? Any suggestions for supplements would also be helpful.

Iam feeling little ache like pain in my chest left side (center left) when i lift my hand upward or when i put my weight on my left elbow while lean on bed...but if i stay still in this position then after 30sec paain goes... When i stretch i feel same pain...if some time i feel hurt while yawning in some position... Or sometime i feel hurt wwhen i press my rib...my left rib is more hurt than right...help me

I  m getting sounds and stiff nerve like thing moves inside while doing normal movements. from joints i.e elbow, ankle, patella, finger, neck joints. And sometimes inflammation and stiffness on the right shoulder and elbow. Had insufficient vit.d at 28 and b.12 at 300. Esr at 12 was taking rejunex cd3 for one and half month. But problem presist before that itself. Sounds gradually spreaded from left injured shoulder. To all other joints. After taking rejunex cd3 there is 25% it is relieved but it didn't go away from any of the joints. Many dr. Say it is normal. But sometimes it is accompanying with inflammation in the right side of the body.

My left thigh having numbness/less Sensitivity on some area from last 1-2 area. I think now the area is increasing and it started paining now. Any suggestions?

I am having pain in my shoulder area not able to find the exact location but mostly on back of my shoulder and upper arm which radiates till my fingers sometimes..kudaichal pain in my hand sometimes.. i have this for more than 2 weeks.. not able to find wheter its a bone or muscle problem..no swelling..

3 Years back I got an injury while playing basketball. My right knee twisted.. Nothing was seen in Xray. MRI was done and a tear was diagnosed. Consulted a renown sports injury doctor and he recommended to let it heal on its own. I was told to take Crocin pain relief whenever it pains. After 6 months my knee got better. I went for physiotherapy for 2 months. Since then, i have been facing a lot of knee pain in both my knees. The pain is so unbearable that i fall in tears and i can't take it.. it happens mostly in night. I tried applying volini, heat pad, cold pad, wearing knee cap. But nothing works. It happens atleast 3 times in a month.. I have no issues in walking, climbing stairs, stretching or exercising. Would love to have a recommendation on this. Thank you
