Shoulder muscular Pain
Don't exactly know if this can be solved with an ortho doc but your suggestions r valuable. My husband has severe shoulder pain like from past 2 years.Been to few physicians, some said muscle pain , some said d3 issues, torn muscle pain etc etc he even took d3 injections . he can't work for long time due to tired shoulders. can't stretch his arm for long time , cant lift heavy items with his right hand ,in short he can't take any stress on his right hand .Will be consulting based on your suggestions sir/ madam . Only massages on the effected shoulder is the short term reliefs Note : No other health issues

Hi, I can feel your situation. Lot of confusion and lost hopes. Let me give my opinion. The area you have marked can be 2 things : The supraspinatous muscle. Or the scapulothoracic articulation. The pathology lies in either of these. Although physical consult and examination is always better, do a online consultation.
Next Steps
We may need to try intralesional injection therapy and specific exercise. Only orthopedic surgeon can solve this unsolved mystery.
Health Tips
2 years is a big time for any pain to be present for. To solve this chronic and neglected pain, we may need to go a step up than only medicines, depending on the pain/ weakness generator site.
