Shoulder pain
Muscular pain in shoulder while living up side or back side. I was injured in cricket match while i was bowling. It is being from 2 months. I have taken no medicine yet. Only doing exercise and warming with hot bag. Pleas suggest me to medicine.

Hi. Pains which dont get better after a few months also are very often due to vitamin deficiencies.

Hello Muscular pain or pull also need adequate time and rest to heal. If you have keep getting back to sporting activities before it recoups won't be helpful.
