Pain in the tail bone area
I am having pain in the tail bone area. Feels like its a pain coming from deep inside , can't feel pain if I touch with my fingers. No pain when i lie down, stand, bend or walk. Pains when i sit inclined or lie down immediately after sitting. What should i do.

I got tested for Vitamin D deficiency an
I got tested for Vitamin D deficiency and now suffering from back and neck pain and shoulder pain.
Before doctor has suggested some injections for Vitamin D deficiency but neglected to take them. Please help me out now how to get treated this.
