What it shows in x ray need second opini
I did some stretch exercises and after that i felt pain in right hip and right calf muscle and now thing is that pain is not thetr but in an ap pelvis x ray my right pelvus looks like a little bit up 1. My right hip feels like it is a bit higher 2. Pain or sensation on right hip joint 3.stiffnes after lying or sitting only in right leg 4 and in x ray right side is little bit higher in comparison to left side. Please guide me what this can be please look closely on right side.femor and socket. And what can be done pain killers ke baad fir hip joint feels like little

Right side is higher because you are protecting yourself by remaining tilted towards right and thus getting the feeling that you are not having pain. Your right lower back plus buttock muscles are in spasm due to your sitting habits.
