Right knee pain
About 1 and half year back I got knee pain while I was doing some exercise in gym. The pain is not much it only makes me uncomfortable when standing or walking for more time. Later consulted a well known ortho and have been taking medicines. He tried with nujoint forte for 11 months then rivaflex for 4 months and then ritisal for 2 months. Even after this I still continue to have the pain recently had an mri scan and report is completely normal, my doctor said its strange mri is normal and told me to try using  megacartigen tab for a month and then review. I don't understand what's wrong with my knee. Any suggestions?

You are suffering from patellofemoral pain and weakness of your leg muscles. Take a skyline view of both knees and you must notice a patella malalignment. The problem is due to your cross legged sitting habits using your that leg or keeping that leg under the chair as you are tall for the furniture that you engage with. Nutritional supplements will do no benefits. Require to addressing the risk factors, reduce provocative activities and appropriate stretching and strengthening exercises.
