Is it healing or may causing infection some pain is ther over the wound this is the cut wound of my right leg

My daughter walk but there is gap between 2 legs. Is it due do less calcium , vitamin d. Do I need to take ant precaution

I am  upsc Aspirant and I generally much active person I did running for  6 months 3 km daily on trademill June 2019 to December 2019 after that I feel pain in my left knee while running then I stop running now in June 2020 I started running then I  still feel the pain in same knee then I consult to doctor and got x ray and MRI of my knee Due to this I am very much depressed

36/f,suffering from pain in the knee joint since 3 months, she is unable to sit on floor, I'm keeping X-ray's of knee two months back and also present one, please say if there is any fracture and if there it's treatment?

I am having both the hand joint pain and stiffness from last 3-4 weeks especially at night or even when sleeping at day stiffness pain reduced after taking steroid all the test for ra , sle and sjogren syndrome negative took anti inflammatory for 2 weeks but pain some day its better but sometimes its on april I suffered UTI and right pelvic hip pain at first dr told its stone but than after contrast ct I got allergic reaction and from that day I develop hand pain plz suggest been to dr but not getting relief / diagnosis what should I do ?
