Hi. This xray looks normal first of all.
Pelvic tilt is not seen or calculated in this xray view. You need to get Xray of LS spine LATERAL VIEW to calculate and comment on pelvic tilt.

We require a side view of your body to assess anterior pelvic tilt. X-ray will not be able to determine and this limited view will definitely not.
