Hi doctor, I'm 29 . Suffering with pain under the kneecap of left leg..not able to walk. I can even feel the pain if I press that area.should I go and visit a doctor. It was there been on and off one year.

Discomfort in Mid back and neck muscles
Hi,
I have discomfort in my mid back muscles from past 4 days. Sometimes I feel my mid back muscles are too tight. Sometimes even my neck muscles feel discomfort.
I sit in my front of my laptop for 8 hours a day.
I changed sleeping on bed to sleeping on mat also.

Pain in left shoulder and hand
Extreme pain throughout left shoulder and hand. All of a sudden started. Unable to understand what to do and how to get relief. Tried some pain killer but didn't work. Tried Volini didn't work.
