Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I have a slip disc. Earlier, doctor had adviced to strengthen my back muscles, and suggested some basic exercises .. I stopped in between for months. I again started the exercises from two days. And feel a bit of ache in my back. Is it normal? Is it because of stiffness in back, getting activated after a long time? Or shall I consult doctor?

I feel a pop on straightening my knee close to the point where my quadriceps connects to the left knee cap. No pain. Never injured my knee. Want to know if it can be serious?

1 week before felt in the bathroom, right shoulder us paining and won't able to raise his hand, m also attaching his x-ray so it will be easy to understand the case. We will be so greatful to get a quick response...

There was pain in lower back since last 4/5 days which did not go away with medicines given by family physician hence Doctor asked for digital x-ray int that it detected. My brother got injured in his right knee and MRI was performed as per doctors suggestion.Report shown that he is having a grade 2 ACL tear.Our doctor suggested surgery might be required. Could you please let me know whether we have any other way to get it cured without surgery? Attached Report for reference.
