Hello dear From your age and your symptom profile you seem to be having deltoid strain in view of long standing Rotator cuff weakness. However, considering the fact that you have symptoms on both sides i need to make sure that its not your neck which is bothering you. I need answers to a few more questions here: 1. Does the pain get worse at night? 2. Have you had recurrent neck pains in the past? 3. Have you had pain in between the shoulder blades? 4. Do you experience any tingling in either hand? 5. Do you have vertigo? 6. Have you ever felt difficulty holding on to a glass of water? 7. Do you have additional symptoms like hair fall, acidity, cramps, dizziness, fatigue and forgetfulness? 8. What rotator cuff issue did you have an year back like you have mentioned and what was done back then? Regards Dr Vipin Gupta
