Bone & Muscle problems

For back pain Dr prescribed me Nucoxia MR, Can my father also take it as he is having similar back issues. He is diabetic and had angioplasty done few years back. Dr prescribed me 2 times a day for 3 days.

My heel pains when i stand for few minutes. The pain is maximum in morning and in night. What steps should i take in order to resolve this issue

My mother has diagnosict with thyroid 3years back, 8 months back also diagnosis with cyst 2.5×2.6 in ovarian. But she has pain on or off  from last 2 years. She has pain below the knee , and feet , calf muscle , and pain in hand radius, some time she cant walk.. the place of pain feel like hot and  gets swollen  .CR, CRP are normal blood ESR is increasing. Kindly help.some report attached below.. in this time of covid 19 no doc available in my area pls suggest any medicine any possible..Thnx. some file attached.

I have been taking Vit d supplements and eating Vit d rich foods as well as sitting under sun for min 30mins a day for nearly 2 weeks. I have been doing all these for 2 weeks now. I still have some pricking/needle like pain sensation in my knees and sometimes knee pain when I try climbing stairs. when will the sensation and pain go away???

My bones are always making crackling sounds, no matter how much I stretch. My knees crackle every time i sit on a lower surface like floor. My dad's knees crackle too, the exact same way. But my whole body whatever I stretch crackles.
