Lower Back pain
Hi...my name is bhaumik ...I'm 24 years old...right now im at home 24 hours...I don't have any previous injury and I don't sit for hours at one place.... ... before some times I was doing dumbbells and exercising in home at that time my muscles pain occurs due to lack knowledge of exercising but after some time it gone by it self but from several days I'm having lower back pain when I wake up every  morning and it stays around half hours and then gone by its own ...i used many spray and ice on it but  it does nothing.. .please suggest me proper treatment for it.

It needs to be properly evaluated and examined by various tests .also do u have any radiating pain to leg or any weakness or just stiffness...
