The fact that you have so severe back pain that you are not able to stand or sit means that you need to see a doctor or do video consulting. Dont self treat or treat with medicine over counter as it might be serious

Take a pain killer plus muscle relaxant after consultation with your local physician. If persists then consult personally. Seems like acute back muscle spasm.

Are you as software engineer working from home? You seem to have cramped your back muscles and you seem to be in spasm right now. If I could evaluate you further, maybe I could prescribe some medicines and exercise that could relieve you
