Whole lower back pain and stiffness
Recently diagnose with l4 l5 disc buldge...but now when i sit my lower back get stiff it pains little...or when i touch my lower spine from bottom to upward it pains at mutiple location...i think i have got many bulging disc...plus right foot or right arm pain...no accidents, no sudden fall still suffering from these... need help to diagnose im just 24...

It's always better to examine patient physically or by video call.
Disc can be the cause of low back pain but there can be other pain generators also, which are causing you pain, for that I need to evaluate you further and want to see your MRI films.

Get yourselves checked to see which muscles are stiff and how much straight leg can be raised by doctor without causing pain. Doctor will also see the other region movements and then decide

Low back ache in a young male, specially if associated with stiffness or worsening or pain with rest, points to a possibility of Ankylosing Spondylitis (a type of arthritis involving spine and other joints). You also mention arm and foot pain, could those be joint pains
