Side hip pain. Mainly coming from trochanteric bone I guess. . Pain after sleeping on that side of area. Few times water running down leg feeling . I have habitt of sleeping on left side body now left side trochanteric bone painning . Right side trochanteric bone sometimes pains. How to sleep in night

There may be a greater trochanter bursitis although requires confirmation by proper examination .. Tretament involves pain killers fomentation in bad cases some injections into the bursa to decrease inflammation.u can consult me as n when reqd
