From two years, i am suffering from leg pain when i run. After running in both of my legs i feel pain and actually i didn't get the points where it is paining but just unavoiding pain everywhere for 15- 20 minutes then after whole day little bit pains remains. And when I go for bathroom as I have indian pot. I feel pain in lower leg for a minute I am able to walk then pain goes. Now I an running from a month everyday I run continously for 2.5 km what are the ways to get rid of these type of pain. Even I am not getting the problem with the leg.
