I am a 20 year old girl and I am 150 cms tall (4'11"). I don't have any conditions or comorbidities or medications. I try to eat healthy and have a normal lifestyle. I exercise regularly. I wanted to know if I can grow any taller at 20.
It would really be useful if I can grow a few inches over a span with the help of medication or otherwise. Let me know if there's any way to aid the natural hormonal growth pattern. Thank you.

Dear young lady, please understand that physical growth of the body is bone related and hormone related. Once a girl attains puberty, the rate of increase in height starts slowing down. Maximum height is attained by 16 years. Growth after reaching maximum height is actually considered abnormal.
Next Steps
So, be happy about your height. There's no natural method to increase your height. Surgical methods are available for increasing your height, which can be tried only as a last resort. For details, contact a good Orthopaedic Surgeon
