Pain in feet
My Aunt suffers pain in legs whenever she stands for a long duration. Her pain is in foots below ankles. What should she do about it. I have also attached an X-RAY of her foot.

Mostly plantar fascitis . Needs clinical evaluation. Start with foot exercises and contrast bath . Sports shoes.
