I m on medication for plaque  in private parts  cystogrit 2tab morning and evening at empty stomach. kanchnaar ghanvati,punarnavadi mandoor,vridhdhivadhika vati 1-1-1 from one month. And kapalbhanti yoga 1hr at morning and 1hr at evening which i skip from 1week  due toI feel numbness in my feet. Still I feel numbness that's why I got tested for CBC,LFT,RFT Here is my report is my report normal any suggestions

Hello I am 19 year old male I have been suffering from chronic allergy rhinitis and deviated nasal septum quite long firstly I have did homeopath treatment which never gave result and expensive and after sometime gone for ent doctor prescribed medicine it was little effective gave some relief but not whole problem is solved again I am currently doijg homeopath mixture also and classic but nothing is working for even I have polyps so which will be best specialised treatment for this

74 yrs has prostate 30 cc mild prostatomegaly. PSA normal. No major interfering symptoms but has to get up urinate at night. Any home remedies as per Ayurveda to stop enlargement of prostate? Any particular food intake?
