Me and mine wife are married of 5 year now. We have been trying for child from 3 year including harmon stimulation and later IUI 3 which failed. Now we are going for IVF. All tests reports are normal including my sperm, DFI...her tube both arw open. Amh was 2.9 when measured last. No harmone issue. All blood reports normal for her. Only big issue is her weights which is BMI 37. I am really worried if ivf will be successful with such BMI. It is costly plus painful process. She is lazy in excersie... tried all way to reduce weights but just reduced few kgs in last 6 month. What shall i do?? Hold IVF and reduce weight first.. go ahead with IVF now?? Please dnt ask to connect...please suggest once

Is there any cure for spondylitis. Suffering from neck stiffness and dizziness. Is there any therapy or medicine in ayurveda. And can it be cured permanently

My wife has accidentally taken only 2 tab of ayurvedic medicine mahalakshmi vilas ras for cold, and it says it contains heavy metals (bhasm ). Now should she stop breast feeding my 4 month old altogether or she can continue doing breast feeding ? Its been 3 days already of no breast feeding. Child has been already taking combination feed with majorly formula. Please suggest!

Is there a remedy/medicine in Ayurveda specifically for "Autoimmune" liver cirrhosis? that can help treat the autoimmune cause? Are there diet restriction or diet recommendations for "autoimmune" liver disease?

I have pain in both upper arm since last one year . Also pain at back side of knee and feel swelling at back side of knee since last three months.I do warm and cold shake also regularly.Take some medicine for mussels relaxation. But both pain are not cured.My age is 70 years. I am doing yoga regularly for one hour and walking for one hour daily.In the evening I swim for one hour daily.I have VAT problem also. By changing food pattern I can't reduce vayu from the body.pl suggest remedy for reducing vat problem.

If a person has liver cirrhosis, can something, a herb, medicine be taken as a prevention so that ascites does not occur?? Instead of taking medicine later when ascites occurs, can something be done which can prevent fluid buildup esp in terms of taking any herb or home remedy.

My daughter is 9 yr old having so much lice and nits . I'm using hair sheild shampoo till last year but my daughter having eye irritation after that so I stopped using that. Is there any shampoo or oil  in ayurveda for these lice and nits for 9yr old?

Hi, I want to reset my gut health. I had been under allopathic, homeopathic, ayurvedic medicines for various reasons for past many years in different time spans.
